Booking form. When you request a booking or catering event, we collect your name, email, phone number, and event details (date, guest count, venue, dietary needs). This is stored securely on our website so our staff can coordinate your event, and is also emailed to staff for immediate action. The record stored on our website is automatically and permanently deleted 30 days after we receive it. The emailed copy remains in our staff inbox subject to our normal email retention practices, separate from the website.
Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our hosting provider's servers automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operational purposes. This is standard web server behavior, not something specific to this site.
